MoiDay Jewellery – Return & Exchange Policy

At MoiDay Jewellery, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. While we do not offer change-of-mind returns, we happily support customers in the following cases:

1. Faulty or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will offer:

  • A replacement (exchange), or

  • A refund

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Faulty items

  • Incorrect items received

Exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.

3. Items not eligible for return

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Earrings

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items (unless faulty)

4. Return shipping cost

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges

  • If the item is faulty, MoiDay Jewellery will cover the return shipping cost

5. How to request a return or exchange

Please email us at support@moiday.com with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
