Orders are shipped from our Melbourne studio within 1 business day. Standard delivery: 2–4 business days Australia-wide. Express delivery: 1–2 business days. Complimentary for orders over $80.

All orders include tracking, which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any jewellery purchases.

We kindly ask you to choose your pieces carefully. If you need help with sizing, styling, or pearl colour selection, our team is here to assist before you place your order.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.
